-Minimum 3 year of relevant experience with experience in Chinese restaurant would be an added advantage.
-Good team player to work with the Executive Chinese Chef.
-Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
-Coordinate daily restaurant operations with the Executive Chinese Chef.
-Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
-Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Regularly review product quality with the Executive Chinese Chef.
-Organize and supervise shifts.
-Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
-Estimate future needs for replenishment of dining utensils, goods etc.
-Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety accordingly to relevant governing authority.
